Brad Utter

Brad Utter is President and co-founder of Global Security Services. Mr. Utter is the executive manager of all physical security and protective services as well as investigative operations within the continental United States. Mr. Utter provides organizational leadership, creates and maintains agency guidelines, and ensures strict quality control standards.

Mr. Utter’s experience includes more than 20 years in providing high-risk armed security services and more than a decade in law enforcement experience. His extensive training includes Anti-terrorism for Law Enforcement, High-Risk Event Planning, Rapid Response, Crisis Management for School-based Incidents, and countless other law enforcement certifications.

Mr. Utter has proven himself capable of providing both front line duties and administrative functions. From walking a beat in his humble beginnings to being an executive who’s not afraid to get his hands dirty, his management style leaves his subordinates with a sense of direction, confidence and a feeling that they can bring any problem to his attention. Mr. Utter’s experience includes more than 20 years in providing high-risk armed security services and 7 years of law enforcement experience. His extensive training includes Anti-terrorism for Law Enforcement, High-Risk Event Planning and countless other law enforcement certifications.

Mr. Utter has proven himself capable of providing both front line duties and administrative functions. Steven Motley

Steven Motley is the Assistant Director of Operations for all physical security and protective services. Mr. Motley serves as the account management for several Military contracts and works directly with high profile clients. Mr. Motley helps shape organizational policies, ensures contract compliance within a defined scope of work, manages agency resources and ensures quality control.
