Recruiting Professional Officers

We require that all personnel have a two years of previous experience, two years of post secondary education in a related area, or a combination of the aforementioned to be considered for an armed security position. Those who meet these strict qualifications are screened further by means of several in-depth personal and criminal background checks. Items listed in our detailed 17 page application are verified and further screening is accomplished at several mult-level interviews that are designed to scrutinize the candidate’s background, prior security experience, and personality profile. Information gathered during these steps is considered to determine if the candidate is appropriate for and meets the high standards required for our positions. All perspective employees are screened for drug use.
