What is the difference is my passcode and user code?
This can be confusing at first. Your Passcode is a word or number that you pick as a way to identify youself "the customer" to us at central station. This information must match what was you setup with your sales representive when your account was setup.
Your User Code is a four or six digit number that allows you to Arm and Disarm your home or business security system. This number is usually chosen at the time of installation by the user. Most User Codes are four digits and can be changed by following the instruction in you systems user manual or by calling your sales representive toll free 1-866-359-3896.
